First things: everyone's fine

Had a little incident in the marketplace, this morning. TJ and I went to get some fresh groceries and since they love to give out samples, we tried some stuff.

We split a muffin that tasted yummy and bought some for the family. By the end of the trip, TJ had thrown up all over himself and was green as a pea.

Took him straight to Chapel and she ran a few tests.

Turns out that one of the ingredients in the muffins is peas.

WHO PUTS PEAS IN MUFFINS?

TJ's still a little green, but he's wearing some clean scrubs and has all the attention of the nurses.

So really, he's fine.

Mommy, however, is about to have a heart attack.. so Chapel decided now was the perfect time for a stress test. She's hilarious.

Peas? I'd hate for TJ to be afraid of eating muffins. When he's up for it, maybe a muffin from Grandma will help him feel better.

Apparently it's the new baked good ingredient. Once we get home, I'm going to do some research.

He's nibbling on a cookie, at the moment. But he nodded when I asked.

Good. I just took a freshly baked batch of assorted muffins out of the oven. I'll package them up and deliver them in person.

Grandmas have a way of making things better. There's an old Qualding saying that goes like this: 'A disciplíní mháthair, seanmháthair creacha', which means, 'A mother disciplines, a grandmother spoils.'

We are heading home now. TJ wanted to have lunch with Chapel.. but I think that was only after he found out they were serving macaroni.

But, it gave me a chance to get him a new pair of shoes, and the clothes are bagged up and ready for a double-washing. I decided to just throw his socks away. They're much easier to replace.
